Which Device will fulfill my needs?

I am looking for a portable computer like a laptop, net book, tablet, smartphone etc that will fulfill the following needs :

1.It should be cheap at max $700 ... but even a suggestion of something more expensive will be appreciated.

2.I need decent storage like what a laptop will offer something 320GB-ish but a tablet that'll support storage something upto 128 gigs is also good.

3.It should be able to handle all kinds of video formats (I know windos/android can work but dont know anything about iOS)

4.It should be able to handle all my ebooks mainly the .chm format books I have.

5.4G/3G/camera is NOT a required or rather useless to me.

6.Order of preference is Tablet > Laptop/Netbook > Smartphone

Microsoft Surface Pro seems like the ideal device but it hasnt been released yet and will be pricy like an ultrabook ...

If you are willing to spend more on your needs then I will recommend you to go for samsung galaxy s3, it would be pretty choice. I love it's simplicity and design especially.

nah .. but the question is kinda complicated and i ain't getting any more answers .... so want the best answer badge?
