I need a newer keyboard. I've been using the old AT IMB style keyboards for several years now (10+) and i think its time to upgrade . I am a hardcore gamer, thus the keyboard is a very important feature. The mouse that i use is the logitech MX 1000. The reason i use the older 1985-ish keyboards is because of the tactile feed back you get while using it. You can tell when you press a key because it presses back. Unlike most other keyboards you use they are all soft and provide no feed back. Which i absolutely do not like. I also need something that is mostly black or silver or a combo of the two. I prefer wireless, but all wireless keyboards that i use have problems working correctly. Lastly and more important. The keyboard needs to be ps/2 compatible.

If one were considering the switch from EIDE RAID to SATA RAID but did not wish to swap motherboards (i.e., wanted to install a PCI SATA Controller Card), would the PCI Bus become a bottleneck in the system (saturated/overwhelmed)? I'm considering a RAID 0 Array of 2 74 GB Western Digital Raptors (WD740). My motherboard chipset and RDRAM solution perform better than most DDR & DDR2 solutions currently available (ASUS P4T533 w/Intel 850 Northwood chipset, 1024 dual-channel 32-bit RDRAM).

Any idea of the performance increase in this scenario over EIDE RAID solutions? I currently get 55 MB/s using a pair of WD1200JB Western Digital drives (SiSoft Sandra Benchmark).

Suggestions for a PCI SATA Controller Card?

Thanks for your expertize.
