Quanta BC30 Motherboard in HP DV6000 Upgradeable?

I have an HP DV6000 that is just gotten to slow and has starting have some problems. Does anyone know if the Quanta BC30 motherboard that is in my DV6000 is upgradeable in terms of CPU, Memory, and/or GPU. It currently has 2Mb of Ram, Intel P5600 (18.3Mhz CPU), and GeForce 7400 GPU. I contacted HP but they basically refused to provide any information.
