Where can I download Adobe Flash 10 1 for android

Is there somewhere I can still download Flash 10.1 To my Samsung galaxy precedent. so far all I can find are articals written about it.

Sorry, Flash on Android is effectively dead and buried.

that explains why, when I did find a download for 10.1 and after install my phone fr3oze up then shut down every time i went to the test site.
