The answer to your question largely depends on your own setup - I'm assuming
you own a PS2? (Admittedly, it may sound like a strange question, but some
look to run PS2 games in emulators, w/o owning the physical hardware).
If you do in fact own a PS2, is it within a reasonable proximity to your PC?
If this is in fact the case, you may be able to buy a VGA adaptor to connect
your PS2 up to your PC.
They normally aren't too pricey - add that, and a PS2 (not to be confused
with PS/2, lol) to USB adaptor, and you've got a pretty good solution on
your hands.
If your PS2 isn't near your PC, or if you don't actually own the physical
console, then it gets more difficult...
(Emulation is kind of a touchy subject, if it comes to that - not only does
it require large amounts of processing power, but commercial game support is
limited at best; if that's what you had in mind, I wouldn't recommend it)

There is no way to just stick a ps2 disk in the PC and play it. The closest
you'll come is getting a TV card (such as from Hauppage) and hooking the PS2
up to that.
