Dell 2407WFP or Gateway FDP2485W?

I'm looking for a monitor for my dorm room and I was wondering which of these two is better. I'll be using it for playing computer games and normal computer stuff, as well as playing my XBox on it, and watching movies.

I've gone to Circuit City and Best Buy to check out the Gateway FPD2485W. I was really happy with what I saw...the video didn't look that bad, even when to change the resolution to something smaller than its native. I wish I got to play around with it some more, but from my first impression, it's definately one of the best LCD's I've seen. The touch-interface it has is awesome...really Apple-ish. I was sooooo tempted to pick this up a few days ago...but the price still isn't doing it for me. Once this goes down to $500-550...then i'll be happy ^_^....or, i'll just save a bit longer.

I've been holding out on getting a LCD for a few years until they got really developed. Now seems to be that time. But, I'm sure the prices will go down in a few months, so I'm waiting.
