User unable to create text file in Windows 7 C Drive

Hi All,

I have Windows 7 Enterprise in an Domain environment. Only Administrator can create text files in Root Drive. Other users are unable to create Text files in Root Drive. I have added the users in Administrator Group, but the issue is same. Please suggest.

I suggest you learn way more about the concept of local and domain users before you violate the windows security mechanisms any further!
