How to show the lancard in i3 window 7

Hello,
I am opening my lancard and opening properties but it is coming blurr on the screen means it is not showing properties as a link tell what i do for it..
I want to access internet but this problem is persisting.....

What are you trying to change? The lan options are pretty much the same on all versions of windows since XP/2000. Select the protocol you want to configure and click the properties button. if no protocols are installed or none are selected, then properties will be grayed out.

You may have to login as administrator to change the properties. But as Hawkeye22 said there isn't much to change.
