How do i close and delete musicmatch jukebox on pc useing windows xp

i am trying to close and delete musicmatch from my dell pc,and reinstall a newer version. it locked the older version up and won't let me install a newer version

Run CHKDSK on your drive (open the command prompt by hitting windowskey+r and typing cmd into the run windows and hitting enter. Then reboot) if that doesnt work try Revo Uninstaller. It can help.

I have a bunch of olf jukebox files and would like to convert them to mp3 files, so I can load them onto my ipod. however, jukebox is no longer playable on my pc. Any suggestions how I convert those files and lose tons of music? Thank you so much!
