Hi dear friends
would u help me solve this problem:

I have bought a hP printer 1018. When I connect it to my pc it doesn't recognised by windows. In fact it has some problem with the usb 2 because when i disable usb2 in device manager every thing is ok and windows atarts to install the printer. it means connection via usb 1 is ok. then when i enable usb2, the printer stops working though it is in the printer and faxesfolder yet. and in device manager under the last root(universal bus controller) there is an item with the name unknown device. my questions are:
1. How can i solve this problem so that the printer would work with usb2 port?

2. Is this the case with all of hp products or model 1018 or just mine?

3. In gneral is it the problem with the system or the printer?
