Memory leakage isn't really leakage, it's when fragments of closed programs reside in the memory and use it up over time (that is, as you run more programs). There are good memory managers available for 98SE, as for 2000 and XP it's not a significant problem.

Memory managers are programs that clean out fragments of programs that are no longer being used. Free versions are available from various companies for download. I can't remember what version I used.
