Tablet help

I currently have an ipad 3, i cant believe i got sucked in by apple brainwashing. I have finally come to my senses as it dosn't do what i need. I got it as the apple guys said you can edit photo's as you would on a pc. also the adater so i can plug my sd card from my nikon into it, it didn't work and the ipad photoshop is sh&^.

I'm going to sell and get another tablet hopefully. Is there a tablet that could run full photoshop?
if not i'm getting a laptop.

A Windows-based tablet will be able to run Photoshop.
