I have a new cpu and motherboard but it wont start

ok i have experience with building computers with old parts but when i went out and bought a i5-3570k,asusz77,and 4g ram ddr3(i know this is compatible)the system wont start.

I have tried fresh installs of Win8,WinXP,Win7, and windows server 2008 it boots but when it loads the login screen it restarts.

Please help i put alot of money in this.

Is the RAM a single stick? If yes try a new one, of not, try one stick at a time. You may want to also make sure the power supply can handle the new components.

What is the bios Revision? May need to be updated.
