I have done a fair bit of research into this monitor (Sony SDM-HS95P), and everything appeared perfect, claims of the ideal monitor for entertainment and with good contrast and brightness ratios. However, i eventually came across a thread on overclockers forum: -

It is an interesting thread, where there are a few people reporting fairly severe ghosting problems, considering the specs. I was wondering if anyone has this monitor and is experiencing any ghosting problems? I want a 19" monitor, for application use (office, internet, etc) and for movies, and a bit for games, but not greatly. I thought the sony would be the perfect monitor, but now i am having doubts.

If anyone could shed some light about this monitor, or suggest other 19" monitors, that would be very much appreciated
