Need a driver from windows vista to windows 7

Hello,
We recently purchased a HP with Vista, We just installed Windows 7 now nothing is working correctly. I can not receive emails;;; Do I need to install a driver?

drivers is essential for any hardware and OS, apart from this you didn't explained about your email(like pop3 with outlook or thunderbird ) or web-mail etc...
have you configured you mail account with outlook

or do you able to access websites ...

go us some more data about you problem....
