How many GB upto

I was wondering about this but how many GB SD flash memory I can go upto with my Dell X50V PDA? Like can I even use a 16GB or 32GB? Or basicly any? I guess they are also called flash card. Alot been used in digital cameras.

Does no one know about PDAs anymore? Are they just too old and no one knows about them?
