have downloaded a programme (using XP) and put it onto a CD to install it on
a computer using windows 98, The CD works OK on another machine using XP but
it won't play on the machine running 98. Any ideas plaese?

Have you ensured that the CD-Rom device on the Win98 system is working
properly?
