Hello, recently I've got 26inch TCO'03 certified monitor. It has no fans but there is very strong noise from it's back side (maybe from power suplly):( . Level of noise depends on hardware brightness. When I set 0% or 51% noise from LCD is a little stronger than from my PC case, but when brightness is 80% or 100% it is much more stronger. Is it defect or not?

I've read TCO'03 specification, but there I found entry only about noise from devices with fans.
Is my monitor violate TCO'03 or not? Can I demand replacement?

Monitors usually don't make noise aside from a slight hum. But what you are describing isn't the same IMO. So in other words, you can ask for a replacement based on the fact that it may be faulty. Just return to the place you bought it and ask for a refund or replacement. It shouldn't be an issue.
