I was trying to find further information on the Viewsonic Vp191b after reading toms latest viewsonic reviews.

However i have been reading alot of contradictoray information on most websites which leads me to bleive that toms using a new revision of this same model number.

most of my google searches showed this model as having a 20 to 25ms response time , The viewsonic website claims 8ms GTG, and toms shown ~16ms actual..

SO my main question is how can i determine whether or not the Vp191b i plan on purchasing is an old revision or a new one.. What revision is the new one that uses the faster panel?

And why the hell didnt viewsonic change the dam model number as this is quite confusing.

Hello interested,

The answer is in my thread; enjoy: http://forumz.tomshardware.com/ce/ [...] 1250#21250

AND does anyone know if Viewsonic has or will have in the future a 20-21" version that uses the new Viewsonic Overdrive technology that has better specs than the VP191b?
