My friend's computer has reaaaally tiny icons in her notification area. As
in, the start menu is only one toolbar high, but the notification area has
two rows of icons and they're half size. I have no idea how it happend, and I
have tried many numerous things to try and fix it. Can't seem to find
anything that works.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

thanks,
iLan

Hi,

Suggestions:

Right click the Desktop/Properties/Appearance/Advanced.
Under the Item drop box choose Caption Buttons and change the number by one,
ok your way out, then rest to 25.

And/or reset your default to the XP Theme. If need be, switch to Classic
first, then back to XP Style.

Added info:

Restore the Taskbar to Default Functionality (Line 164)

Thanks for the tip! Worked like a charm! It wasn't set to 25 to begin with. I
switched it to 25 and they went back to normal.

Thanks so much,
iLan
