Hello everyone,

For some reason I seem to be getting high temperature on my laptop. I get about 90 degrees celsius while watching videos and things like that. Could this be a problem. I don't think it's gone that high ever before. I have a Toshiba A200-AH6. I wanted to know if a reformat would help at all (I plan on doing it anyways). I bought this laptop about 2-3 years ago and I thought it's weird that it seems to be getting such high temperatures. Is this a normal temperature and if not, how can I lower the temperatures?

Thanks in advance.

May be an issue of dust build up in the fams, so it is not able to push the air over the heatsinks. I would try blowing it out to see if the temp drops. Maybe use a cooler board that helps push air over the hot spots.

I tried blowing it out but nothing seems to happen, and the temperatures are still high.
