If you play games, pretty much the only 19" LCD choice is the vp912b. It came out about a week ago. I purchased one myself, and I am so happy with it that I am purchasing a second one for my KVM setup. The panel has a 12ms response time and I have no visible ghosting in ut2004. The color reproduction is very good. I suspect it is a 6-bit panel but cannot find informatin to support it. I think the color saturation is improved by the coating on the screen. My video card allows me to have the same image output through a dvi and analog connector. I had a Samsung 955DF and the viewsonic vp912b hooked up at the same time (expecting the 955df to be better), and was shocked to see how much better the vp912b looked, the crt could not touch the crisp LCD display.

Hope this helps your decision... have a good day.
