Budget around $300/£170 (after stupid taxes taken into account). Want basically something slim (and sexy) if possible. It needs to be a good digital camera, not something thats going to take shoddy pictures. I've looked at the Casio Exilim series, but they mostly seem to perform really badly in low light... and I want to take pictures when i'm out with my friends, so thats an issue.

To clarify; good picture quality
looks good (if possible). Stupidly big LCD screen doesn't REALLY matter to me. But it'd be nice...

Oh. And something that isn't generic silver if you can... ok i'm done. Let your creative freedom take over and find me something.
