Memory Timings?

I have (2) ADATA 256MB DDR 3200 sticks in my Abit NF7-S2. I assume they are running in Dual mode, because it says that in the startup screen. (I have no way to set that myself)

The question is: Does anyone know what settings I should have for the memory timings? I don't know much about it, but cannont find any documentation from ADATA telling me what to use. I am currently using BIOS defaults.

Your BIOS should automatically default to the correct timings.

To go with faster timings, generally either includes slowing the RAM speed down, or upping the voltage, sometimes both. Basically stay with the default, to avoid problems.
