WARNING:

This message comes up everytime I turn on the computer...

How to fix it?

My GPU is an AMD Radeon HD7850 ICQ-X Turbo 2GB.

OS is Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit

That message gives you everything you need to know. The version of Catalyst Control Center that's currently installed is not compatible with the version of the GPU drivers currently installed. The fix is incredibly simple. Go to the AMD website, download the latest drivers for your video card (make sure you get the ones with the Catalyst Control Center) and install them. Done.
