Im moving out and was wondering, I heard Plasma TV's have great picture but if anything breaks thats it. LCD's dont have a great picture compared to Plasma TV's but if the lighting needs replace you can. Whats good for a home theatre system. I was looking at the BOSE home theatre system but its $1900 price nearly gave me a heart attack.

Quick question: Plasma or LCD?
Any good surround sound home theatre system comparible to the BOSE system but way less expensive?
