I've been using Norton Ghost 2003 on my XP computer, but when I got Vista I used the Microsoft image creator. The only problem was that it only let me have one image at a time. I'm getting a new Windows 7 computer today, and I was wondering what good ways to make a system backup were. I've heard Norton Ghost 2003 works, but you need the Windows 7 repair disc- is this the best option? Or should I use the Windows backup and restore system? Can I make more than one image with it?

Thanks for your help.

Yes, you can have more than one image under Windows 7. I don't particularly like the fact that you're pretty much forced to go into the backup program in order to see what images you have (the directories holding backups are protected against viewing and the files within them are scattered across different subfolders), but there is a choice to keep only one image or multiple images.
