I have not used a Apple computer since 1997 and now want to learn it again. I am looking for something I can learn on either a desktop or laptop that isnt to expensive anyone have any ideas let me know.

Try obtaining a G-4 model for about $350.00 which would be a good starter point for you.

Where would I go get one for that amount. I did try on craigslist nothing around that or any G-4 that I saw at all. Where on-line could I find one of the G-4 it can be a bit more, but love to find a spot where I could buy one for a decent price. Let me know

Just start by believing you're right and everyone else is wrong - that should do it.

I have a G4 15" Powerbook which is tied to mains electricity and as such is pretty cheap but I'm in the UK. Don't forget to include powerbooks in your search - it's all the same software - and you might find one like mine. Replacing the battery won't help mine and there must be others like it..
