video card help

I have a Dell, p4 2.0, 512 memory w/ GeForce 4 mx420...I can not play certain games. video card wont support Directx 8.1. cheap video card? Dont have tons of money....any suggestions?

As crashman listed the TI4200, but also the TI4400 and TI4600 are very similar to the TI4200, but you would probably have to pick the 4400/4600 off of eBay, but all are good cards.
