I own a Viewsonic VA1912w widescreen TFT monitor. The monitor itself is excellant except for onething.

I always run the screen at it's native res (1440x900) but whenever i change the res. It displays a big "Analog" screen for about 5 secs.

Now this would have been useful to tell me what is the type of the signal, but the monitor only has a VGA port, so the screen is really useless. and it's getting incredibly annoying, considering am a hardcore gamer and most of my games don't have support widescreen so i have to change the res alot.

Does anyone know how to remove this DAMN thing?
