M\a disk read error occurd Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart

Hello,
Everytime I try to turn on my laptop this keeps coming on and it wont let me get on my laptop. WHAT DO I DO?

The HD is probably bad or failing. Enter the BIOS (F10 for HP) and run a HD test. If that doesn't work, remove the HD and connect it to a working PC. There are Windows commands that might fix it or maybe you can recover your data. Good luck.
