Looking at picking up a Biostar mobo which has a 200/266 /333/400 MHz system interface speed, with the following RAM Spec:
Memory 2 x 184-pin DDR SDRAM DIMM
Maximum 2.0 GB
DDR 200/266/333/400

QUESTION: Will PC100/133 memory work with this?

No, PC100/133MHz memory uses 168 pins sockets and DDR uses 184 pin sockets so they are not compatible. Some motherboards can support either type of memory.
