audigy 2 zs rear speakers problem

i have the logitech 640z speakers plugged into my audigy 2 zs sound card, the front, center and subwoofer work perfectly, but my rear speakers has no sound coming out of it only a slight buzz, it worked before though, so anyone know what's the problem?

restore everything to defaul through the
creative restore defaults icon
then make sure your speakers are set to 5.1
If that doesnt work make sure your running the newest drivers
Also make sure that all your connections are plugged in, on the speakers and on the sound card

That's actually been a common problem with previous versions of the card, this is the first time I've heard of it on the ZS. It's a driver/application configuration issue. So now that you know it's most likely software, you can try resetting the application or whatever you Creative Technicians do.
