CPU crysis... I understand nothing

I recently bought a notebook, acer aspire 8730 with a T6400 in special . Like I do with my pc I sart looking around for deal if I can find one. So, I start search for cpu and what a surprise.... There is a least 4 flavor of perym 45mm, low medium normal voltage , About 5 type of socket, mine is socket-p an over all of that for cpu with the same voltage fsb they are not exactly the same....

So, After complaining can some tell me where I can find the information on what cpu I can go to upgrade and most of all... if there is place I can bought that.
