Anyone see any problems with this memory?

I already possess a stick of 256 megs Kingston 2700 (DDR333). So adding these two sticks should kick me over 700 megs of ram. Value ram sounds cheap and cheesy. What do you people think? It is OEM ram. Think that would really matter with a AMD XP 2000+ in a MSI motherboard?

That RAM is fine. If you plan on doing any overclocking (or upgrading to another CPU), may consider something faster than PC2700. Otherwise it will work great.
