hi

i need help i got a laptop and i did a wipe of hard drive i used pdwip program the program finish and i install windos 7 but it boot loads the file but wend what to start it gives me this message
windows fail to start a recent harware or software change might be the cause

i doesn't let me get to the in to the install window or the repair window the only thing it dos is boot and the gray bar in the bottom of the screes said loading file and then said staring setup and that's it the install window doesn't come out
