Problem:

I can't get the BlueTooth CP to open on my Windows 7 HP Mini Netbook, and can't get any devices to connect.

Environment:

HP 1030NR Win7 RC with 2GB RAM
Belkin USB Bluetooth adapter with Broadcom chipset
All windows updates, and newest Win7 Driver downloaded from Broadcom

So Far:

Win7 see it and configures it correctly, and the Broadcom installer runs and sees it correctly as far as I can tell. I right click on the bluetooth icon in the taskbar and click open settings, and nothing happens. I run bthprops.cpl from run, and nothing happens. If I pop the adapter out, I see the settings panel for a breif second, but then it disappears.

Anybody have any ideas?
