Hello,
what to do when program do not run as it requires 64 megs of ram. I am using Vaio Sony and 4.00 RAM.but still the program do not run

It may not be a RAM issue at all, more likely it's not compatible with your version of Windows.
Go to the application developer's official website and read what Windows versions it's compatible with.

You might have mixed up something. I'm pretty sure it's not 64Mb RAM, but you got the 64bit version of the program instead of the 32bit.
