Need help choosing

ok first off this pc will be used for world of warcraft as well as 3d modeling programs as i will be going to school for visual effects degree in a few months. as far as wow goes i just need it to run on medium settings or low settings while dual boxing. these are the two i have come up with that meet my monetary requirements which are under 800$.

so is the hp worth the extra cash over the toshiba and are either one of them good enough to do what i need and do anyod of you know of better ...cheaper options that will do what i need thanks for all help/advice
