I seem to have two problems.
Web (the free pre-installed browser) is throwing up an error: Data
received in unknown format (0x1505)
I downloaded (and paid for) WebPro, but the registration number keeps
being rejected. I may have goofed when I ordered when it asked for the
Hotsync i.d. Not having a clue what this was I putthe FCC id (from the
back of the Palm) on the order form. Could this be causing a problem?
Have mailed Palm Support but no response yet.

Unless you named your account on your PC the same as the FCC id#, that will
definately cause a problem. Your "HotSync ID" is the name of the Palm account
you first gave to your PC when did your first HotSync, usually some form of
your own name.

I kinda feared that was the problem. Shucks
Am waiting for Palm to get back to me on how to fix it. If they'd have
said User name (which is what the Hotsync calls it), I might have
stood a chance. Anyway, non-critical at this stage. Just means I'll
spend more time on SFCave...

If you call palmone support and tell them to reissue the software
under the correct username, you should be good. Cannot use it the way
it is right now, so this should not be a problem for them.
