Great Xavio, Second Post Comp Release

I've just posted release 3 of The Great Xavio. This is now the preferred
version. It currently lives in:

and will, in the fullness of time, move to:

I saw some more post-comp reviews. Particular thanks are again due to
Andrew Krywaniuk for more help. I also added to the in-game help system,
as well as adding an alternate walkthrough.
