I'm looking for a decent quality screen (just decent, not mental), for say 60% gaming, 30% general usage, 10% Photoshop etc, and 10% DVDs/Movies. I will be running an 800 GTS 320Mb. Looking for a 19" screen, widescreen OR standard. Is a Samsung 931BW any good btw? A friend suggested it but I have no idea if it's ok, because I'm a bit of a noob when it comes to screens...

Ideas please guys!

19" wide is just not enough res, imo. There are plenty of 20/21/22W screens that will still sneak their way into your budget. Just check out some of the posts here and reviews on all the known sites (BeHardware, XBit Labs, PRAD, TFT Central, Trusted reviews, etc. & Toms' of course).

Edit: And be sure to check out this post.
