I use Cinax's "iFilm Editor" for video editing. I installed the software, it worked fine.
Just after a couple of weeks, when I tried to launch this application, I was thrown upon the following Run Time Error;
Run-time error '372'.
Failed to load control 'i13Play' from PLAYER13.OCX. You version of PLAYER.OCX may be outdated. Make sure you are using the version of the control that was provided with your application.
I am using this software since a long time, so I know there is nothing wrong with the program but there might be something bad with the Registry.
There were two fixes of the problem,
1. Re-installation of the iFilmEditor.
2. Restoring of Regisrty.
To my luck, I backed up the registry just a couple of days
before this 'Run-time Phenomenon'. I restored the registry and everything was fine.
But the headache started later when after a week this error repeated itself. Again fixed by restoring the registry. I cann't understand what the heck is going on.
Any help will be highly appreciated.
