How do i reset a windows 7 pc in 32 bit

I was running flexi-sign 8.1 on my windows 7 pc. somehow one of my employees messed up the system and now I can't open it anymore. I think the problem is because the software only runs on 32 bit and my system is 64 bit. I know there is a work around, i just dont know what it is. Any help would be so appreciated.

Most software is still 32 bit and has no issue running on a 64 bit os nor is there anything special you have to do. Try reinstalling it.
