More about : upgrade

1TB notebook drives do not exist. 500GB is fine. You need to find out if your disk is SATA or ATA. Check this one out (this one is SATA).
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Your maximum memory supported is 4GB, fortunately. You can load your notebook with these:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
Note that, since you're using windows XP, you will not be able to access all 4GB of RAM, since windows XP is 32-bit.

Your graphics card is not upgradable.

More information about your CPU is needed. There are two steppings of the Celeron you have, which are A1 and B2. One has a 26W TDP, the other has a 30W TDP - this will determine, roughly, the amount of cooling capacity your heatsink has, and will allow us to base a better processor decision off of it.

What is your goal, here? Blindly just maxing out your notebook and not getting the result you want is a sure-fire way to waste money. What do you want your notebook to do?

Basically i want to play games without any lag, make video rendering faster, make the computer speedup a little at tasks, more space for videos, music etc... and there are more things i want but not that spring to mind.

Your games will lag regardless of anything you upgrade - your GPU is just too weak.
How often do you render video? Is it really worth the task of upgrading your CPU?

The only real thing I can see you doing for this notebook is adding 1GB of RAM and a new hard disk. Aside from that, for your purposes, the performance increase is marginal for the money spent. If you want a gaming/video editing machine, you're better off spending your money on a new notebook or desktop.
