I am looking for a cheap but good quality TV Tuner card w/ FM radio in. I want to spend $35 or less, but I want something that works well. FM reception is the most important to me and I would like decent TV reception (No cable, so it must pick it up from the airwaves). What are some of the features I should be looking for? This card will be for my work PC, so video capture and remote are NOT important to me. I am thinking about: Leadtek PCI TV/FM Tuner Card, Model "WinFast TV2000 XP" -RETAIL ($33), the Prolink PCI TV/FM Tuner, MPEG2 TV Capture Card, Model "PixelView PlayTV MPEG 2(PV-M4900 FM.RC)" -RETAIL ($33.50), or possible the ASUS PCI TV/FM Tuner Capture Card, Model "90-C1V76F-0UAY" -RETAIL from Newegg ($41, but out of stock) all prices are from Newegg. We have Dell systems (I think I have a P4, 2600) on XP Pro. Any help would be greatly appreciated. As always, thanks ahead of time.

Several TV stations in my area are now broadcasting digitally. Are there any cheap cards out there that offer digital tuning that anyone is aware of? Would I see a HUGE difference in quality? Thanks again!

Haven't used any of those, personally I use a MSI Tv@nywhere, and it works very well. Might check it out.
