mandrake 8.2 dialup

I tried connecting to my ISP using mandrake 8.2
it wont connect this is the message i get...

how can i fix this?

Are you sure /dev/tts/4 is right? It's usually /dev/ttyS0 (or ttyS1...3) unless that's a new Mandrake 8.2 thing.
