ive been told i need better ram WHICH is the best?

i have £200 ($400) to spend on new 400mhz ddr ram, which should i get heres my rig spec:

AMD XP2600 oc to 13.5 x 166 Aero 7 cooler jet.
DFI Lanparty nforce 2 Ultra Version B motherboard.
512 333mhz [-peep-] ram
Audigys sound with cambridge soundworks DTT3500.
2 X DVD 8x + - writer liteon
Thermaltake Butterfly 480watt supply 7LEDs LCDtemp
and 2 adjustable fans
Thermaltake Xaser III ALU case 4 adjustable fans with LCD temp display. 2 neons.
6800 128 Galaxy OC to 405*805 www.galaxy-hk.com

£200 isent the max i could go a little higher but i want a 1gb at least and i want duel channel i want to make use of this feature from my mothoboard.

I have the 2 gigs of the Corsair TwinXL Pro, and they would look great in that board with the LED's, but they ain't the cheapest

Yeah better RAM would help you for overclocking. The memory RichPLS recommend is top notch, but also carries a hefty price tag. It also looks really cool.

Being an AMD system though, really any RAM, even some cheap stuff would work great. The main goal here would be just to get RAM that is at least PC3200, PC4000 would be more than plenty even if you plan on going nuts with your overclock
