Hello,
I had fairly new ACER ASPIRE laptop with WINDOW7 64 bit, until I downloaded a freaking free program from the internet, and found out that I also installed a MONSTER call INCREDIBAR.
I tried to remove it by buying a program call MALWARE BYTES, thnking it will do the job. But this monster won't leave my computer. After many other remedies I decided to install another version of window 7 ultimate 32 bit on top of my other version of windows. But by installing 2 bit on a machine which already had 64 bit version made everything streched out. Means, that I see everything streched out on my desk top and it looks awful.
DOES ANY BODY HAS ANY SUGGESTION "WHAT SHOULD I DO??
I want to go back to my original version of windows. I do have the 5 disks I created at the time when I purchsed my laptop, which suppose to be the restore disks ( I believe) but when I put the 1st disk in the laptop it does not do anything. Please help me tackle this problem. Your help very much apreciated.

should have a built in recovery partition

if so it will restore MUCH faster than 5 dvds

1. Power on the computer
2. At the white ACER BIOS screen, hold the Alt key and press the F10 key simultaneously to start Acer eRecovery.
3. Once eRecovery has loaded, click Restore to Factory Default Settings
4. Click OK to continue
5. From here, the eRecovery process will update all the data on the C: drive and restore a fully functional factory image
6. Once eRecovery has run, press OK to reboot unit

Note that all data will be lost during this process and your computer will be brought back to it's original factory state and settings.

if no recovery partition then you have to go in the bios and set cd/dvd drive as 1st boot device before putting in your 1st dvd
