While my current memory is doing just fine, my brother needs new/more memory badly. Instead of giving him new stuff I am just going to give him mine and get the best I can right now for my current system. Basically my problem is this; I have read in various reviews that Crucial Ballistix perform the best on A64 systems, however, in all of the reviews that I have read Corsair ram was neglected. I have narrowed my choices down to Crucial 3200, Corsair 3200, or OCZ 3200 all at 2-2-2-5 latency. Please tell me which of these you think is the best and provide proof if possible; if you want to suggest something totally different that is perfectly fine as well, just let me know what you think.
I tested the Ballistix PC4000 for Sysopt.com, it also ran 2-2-2-5 when clocked at PC3200 speed. But Anandtech tested the Ballistix PC3200 and there's ran well beyond PC4000 speed when they slowed down the timings. So they seem to have equal performance and equal clockability, they're probably the same thing (except for the default latencies, longer for PC4000, quicker for PC3200).
